License Manager
Client
License Manager (CLM) is an application for managing licenses on a client
PC. Product activation occurs as soon as a valid license has been imported
into CLM. This information is imported either as a license file which
is in ASCII text (.txt) format or by connecting to a license server,
and contains information about the product, expiry dates and PC hardware.
The
CLM application keeps track of which licenses are currently installed
on the PC, and will notify the user when a license is about to expire.
The application has features for renewing a dedicated license and the
transfer of dedicated licenses to another registered user or another
PC.
